Yall gotta hold the knife right in the middle for that perfect cut, at least that's what makes sense to me. Because once the vegetable passes its point of origin and starts the pendulum motion, it angles upwards, which is why the tomato was so off, yall were swinging wayy too late. Also idk why Im commenting, I could 10000% be wrong.
