5.88% gage strawberry diff
17.02% jake strawberry diff
2.47% gage sweet potato diff
0.59% jake sweet potato diff
6.86% gage broccoli diff
3.00% jake broccoli diff

total of 15.21% difference for gage, averaging out to 5.07% diff per item
total of 20.61% difference for jake, averaging out to 6.87% diff per item

so quite close, but unfortunately the strawberry percentages were too much to overcome and in terms of percentages, gage is the winner!!

Cutting broccoli the long way like a normal person....and somehow strawberry and sweet potato get chopped sideways....

It should be a point for closest on each individual item, if its total difference then the only one that really matters is the biggest

Actually the actual weight dont matter but the precent because for example one strawberry is way bigger than the other so whoever picks the bigger fruit is probably going to lose

Unless you consider the eight difference by percentage the person with the heaviest item to cut will always score a larger difference.

Try to balance the object on the back of the knife. Once it's balanced, cut it straight down the line where it balanced at.

You should also worry about the weight. So like "cut part weight / whole thing weight". That way the weight wont matter, and everything will be fairly scored.
