I dont understand what do you mean 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off? Like we keep doing that particular exercise for 40 seconds then at 40 seconds we take a 20 seconds break and jump on the next exercise until we are done with the circuit then after the circuit is done take a rest of 1-2 minutes?

Did i get right?

Ive been working out with free weights compounds movements mainly. Im bored and losing motivation. Really wanted to get into kettle bell full body work out. But have never done it before. im 5'4 145 pounds. What kettle bell weight do you recommend? Thanks for sharing and i will definately sign up for your work app!
