▸ Muscles Worked: Lower Body, Legs & Glutes
▸ Time: 30 Min + cool down stretches
▸ Equipment: Dumbbells (I'm using 2x5kg for your reference)

Workout:
▸ Warm Up 30 sec on
▸ Lower Body Mobility 30 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ Workout 40 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ Extra Booty Burn 30 sec on
▸ Finisher 30 sec on
▸ Cool Down 30 sec on, 10 sec off

30 minutes. You could watch tv or scroll through social media, but at the same time you could do this workout. And guess what makes your body feel great and your mind happy: doing a workout ! Let’s get up moving 🙌🏼

I would LOVE that the "Grow with Anna" app was free. I just did this Killer Leg Workout and even though it was REALLY hard and I had to stop during the pulses, I ABSOLUTELY loved it!! When i hear the song at the end( 33:39 ), with the words”BE PROUD OF YOURSELF”, it’s one of the few Times I feel really proud of myself because I think:”I did it all, with out asking anyone for a hand”…it’s a beautiful feeling.
