It's not really "lately" it feels like a permanent trait of mine for as long as I can remember. Existing and interacting with the world just feels like it takes more energy from me than it does for other people, and I haven't found something that reliably makes me feel recharged. Perfectionism anxiety and depression are definitely key parts keeping this cycle. Sigh

I know if I ate better it would help me but it's such a daunting and confusing and in many ways unaffordable challenge. I just feel lost

Recently I had a job that started at 2pm to 10:30pm. It didn't pay well but I loved the work and especially the schedule. I went to bed at 1am and got up at 8:30am consistently and had the whole morning to relax and do things. I just took an offer in my field for 2x what I was making and went back to 8am to 5pm schedule. I'm starting to shortchange myself on sleep, lucky to get 7 hours. The tired feeling is back. I think I'm just not wired for an early bedtime.

I can say I have sleeping problems, Right now I havent slept for 2 days.. I don't get enough sleep, usally not sleeping for days.. My mental health hasn't been great since February 2021. I've tried to go to therapy, talk to my close friends/family members. Nothing works. I feel like I should give up for good. I wish things could be different.

Edit: I relate to so many videos about depression. I feel like I got all the things you show up in the videos. I love your videos, calm voice and explaining well makes me more interested in the videos.

Anyone ever get that kind of tired where sleep doesn’t help at all? Like a kind of tired where you’re not fatigued in an easily fixable way? Like a mental drowsiness after a mentally taxing time, and nothing seems to help to recharge your battery? Like how some batteries are harder to charge once they’ve been quickly recharged off an on very often. The kind where all you wanna do is take a mental break from people, but then your loneliness only adds to your fatigue. Where you just wanna nap in the grass, and let your worries flutter by, but then in legitimate practice you can’t escape your thoughts? That’s how I feel.

It's hypothyroidism in my case 😅 which is fuelled by stress. When I get stressed and anxious i become energetic but then a few days later i feel drained and sore all over😢

toxic people have honestly affected me and my happiness. because honestly, they are always ignoring me, leaving me on read. and much more. it's exhausting and i feel like im doing too much for my friends, and they don't like me back. :/

One of the things that I need to stop doing is dwelling on past mistakes.I've made bad choices and have regrets.Each day's another chance to get it right.
