This exercise can build amazingly strong and defined abs as well as great overall core strength.
Step 1. Lie with your back flat against a bench, your arms behind your head and
your hands gripping the edge of the bench. Have a good arm placement.
Step 2. Bring legs at 90 degrees and in one effort pull up with your hands keeping whole body rigid until it rises up and your torso points directly towards the ceiling.
1. Place weight on upper back and shoulders
2. Avoid Placing weight on your neck
3. Hips should be locked and should be one line with the spine
Step 3 While maintaining straight line and locked hips slowly lower legs down
