What’s another Korean side dish I should make?

Ingredients:
Soybean sprouts 1 lb.
Garlic chopped 2 cloves
Green onions chopped 1
Salt 1 tsp
Korean hot pepper powder 1 tsp
Sesame oil 1 Tbsp
Sesame seeds 1 tsp

Steps:
Bring water to a gentle boil over medium high heat.

Add soybean sprouts. Blanch for 3 minutes.

Rinse with cold water and drain.

Combine soybean sprouts with garlic, green onions, salt, Korean hot pepper powder, sesame oil and sesame seeds.

Enjoy!

Notes:
Blanch soybean sprouts gently for up to 3 minutes. Don’t overbook.

Adjust salt amount according to your preference.

Omit or reduce Korean hot pepper powder if you prefer less spicy.

Keep in an airtight food container for up to a week.
