Very easy to do and tastes great! I used both soy sauce and oyster sauce, and subbed the sugar for honey to help the sauce stick to the sprouts

Great idea for leftover bean sprouts. After I use them for egg fu young, or pho. There's always so much leftover and they usually go bad in my fridge..cant wait to make these. Thanks

If you like your beansprouts still crispy you should blanch them foor just 30 seconds

I dislike the soybean sprout so much bc of the raw taste of the bean part. I can cook it longer bc I dont want to overcook the white part. It never comes out right. I gave up.
