Korean food is number 1. I’m from the Caribbean and live in NYC, my husband is Italian, never-touched-a-jar-of-prego Italian because he makes his own gravy from scratch. We cook a lot, we travel a lot, sample food from all over and we found that Korean is the absolute best. I’m on a mission to learn to cook it.

Add two tablespoons of apple or lemon vinegar, and you can use plum syrup or Korean pear juice for a sweet flavour.

i do it this way too just that I add a little bit of beeff dasida hihihi I dont like vinegar in my pamuchim <3

What did you add at the end? Looks like chicken and sauteed onions?

Way too much sugar. I used 1 tbl of sugar and 2 tbls of fish sauce to get the umami flavor. Much more authentic this way.
