Maybe some useful info.

I requested a return for a €32 item (though paid €22 with voucher), I uploaded a vid as evidence of issue.
It said the item needed to be returned to get the refund but I decided to try asking support if I could have a partial refund and keep the item as it still worked.
As soon as I selected the order and the item in the automated support chat it immediately told me: "You havent returned this item yet but we will give you your refund early because you are a loyal customer" or something along those lines.
The item is now marked as refunded and I cant even view the return label for it anymore... so it seems they dont want me to return at all now.
This was my 2nd order, so maybe wont happen if you are using a brand new account.

I suspect this whole process was automated and could be repeatable.
