This is not real, because when you make a request like this, you get a notification on the email and shows some articles, and one of the articles are “at this time there is not a way of getting robux back once you have made a purchase, this includes accidental purchases”

the only way you can refund an item is when its not usuable anymore aka deleted, this is the same with clothes. it could take a while for roblox to send you the message though that an item has been deleted or is not usable any longer. then you can get your robux back.
