Yeah they never actually connect you with a real person. All they try to do is avoid having to deal with customers. Also they put the money in your ps wallet so that way they don’t actually lose any money. Now they’ve changed and “updated” the system software to where now you need an online subscription to play games online that before you wouldn’t need a subscription to join an online lobby. All in all PlayStation is really just here for them and not the players.

In the past few years, you could apply for a refund through messenger. As long as you tell the customer service your ID and the item you want to refund, you will be refunded quickly. Now you have to wait for a long time
