Thanks for this video. Ive developed a corn, wheat and soy allergy so i havent been able to find a tortilla substitute that wont hurt me. This will be perfect!

I'm guessing that you'll get the best results if you make these with short-grain rice (such as Arborio). Same rice that you use for rice balls. It sticks together better than a medium/long grain rice.
