Salt 2/3 tsp (4 g)

This is amazing. I used Carbalose flour instead of regular all purpose (I'm diabetic), and it turned out just fine. Much easier than using the rolling pin and having the dough snap back and be too thick

I make tacos the same way but have a different recipe. I use 1 c. of flour, 1/2 c. of yellow cornmeal, 1 egg and 1 1/2 c water then mix it the same way you do. It adds a little different taste. 🌮

How do they hold up for later use? Are they pliable after refrigeration? My husband rips through tortillas shells, I used to make them homemade but couldn’t keep up. I so badly want a recipe that can make two or three dozen and be able to refrigerate. 😊
