I have these headphones and they are amazing. I tried on my cousins studios and then put mine on and I could tell that the mixrs are louder and clearer than the studios. The only category the studios beats the mixrs is the that they are more comfortable than the mixrs. Other than that, the mixrs beat the studios and far beyond the solos.

Different headphones are designed for different reasons. These headphones were designed for a club DJ who plays to big crowds. I have them and they are great for the purpose that they were designed to serve. Bass level was reduced so as to not be muffled when trying to listen to the monitor and background music. Noise cancelling headphones would defeat a DJ's purpose...they have to hear things around them. You wouldn't buy a school bus just to casually drive around the street, would you?!?!

@rharripersad the pros won't sound much better.. just get these as the price is much lower and they look nice, or get the bose QC15 if you're looking for some pro headphones

seriously both sound pretty much exactly the same the only problem with mixer's is that its tight on ur head and the pro's way more padding and comfy but it has bait to much weight for it
