Lou, I've had my mixrs for over 3 months now and I agree, they are a tight fit! (I wear glasses too) but after 3 months of everyday use, they actually have stretched! And aren't as uncomfortable anymore! I recently took a 7 hour flight to England and used my mixrs and didn't feel sooo much uncomfort! I actually think the problem is the earcups!

I won the Mixr Beats and I dig them. They do fit snug on your ears, which i appreciate because it cancels all exterior noise and you get to zone into whatever you're listening to. Compared to other versions of beats these are my favorite. They do have good low-end presence but since I think they were designed by David Guetta...and he's a DJ...the low-end is balanced with pretty good mid and high range.

Mixer is different from the solo HDs because mixer is less bassy then the solo HDs. The mixer deliver clearer sound and the solo HDs because of the slight reduction of bass.

Mixr's are made with David Guetta and he is a Pop/electro Dj, so that means that the Mixr's are also good with house/techno/electro music.

I have the beats mixrs in white and when I 1st put them on, they hurt after 30 mins. But now it seems like they've been getting the shape of my head and I cld wear them for more than an hr with little pain (pain isnt so bad as it sounds). Its mostly tight after a while. It sounds great though. Love my mixrs. Wouldn't mind getting a black pair.

I Have them, and I have had them for a few weeks now.
in the beginning they did hurt but they do stretch, and do not hurt anymore.

Mine was looser as a used over craglist. So I'm guessing the guy that had it had a bigger head. And yes it's still tight but not to the point that I couldn't wear it over a hour easily.

well they are for dj's and the dj's usually just use them for a bout 5-10 min to cue a song in the mixer not for everyday use. I have them and they are great.

Happy bday great show! I had the same problem with my bowers and wilkins p5 headphones. Basically what I done was stretch them on a speaker over night and they were fine after that. Try and unbox the new p3 headphone which launch next month they look amazing
