Also when he says ”when they dont want let go of the anxiety symptoms” so true with me. I got anxiety free for 2 days maybe felt absolutly nothing and then it scared me to feel normal and nothing so i Wanted a little piece back of anxiety to feel ”normal” again cause im so used to it.. and afraid of letting life to actually happen and take a bit of it and start living again.. so sad but i know most of us maybe feels like this, i do.. i need to let go of anxiety cause IT AINT NORMAL and its NOT MY LIFE! Bruh I've literally been in this position before when I dealt w serious anxiety ~7 years ago. Now I'm back in it after some serious burnout of running my own business. It feels much harder this time. It's like when you're in it you forget what it's like not to suffer and when you're recovered you forget what it's like to have full blown anxiety

What we don’t realize is that there is a space/gap between triggers/stimulus and response. What we choose to do in that space will either keep us stuck or bring us to recovery. (Fight/Fix/React vs Allow/Accept/Respond).

To react in fear or to respond with courage, that is the question.

Holy shit this guy knows the inner workings from anxiety. I recently started getting panick attacks and anxiety. I've had a whole narrative that slightly changes everyday. This guy explains the innerworkings of anxiety like no other. Thanks Shaan you rock!

In india there are a number of persons who are suffering from it and living their life full of fear most of them can not get connected with u due to language problem.... yh when I first time went through alot of symptoms and sensation I thought straight away is spiritual and made my self even more scared and with that mindset I just got really worse but after watching alot if your videos I realised is all anxiety and I didnt even know I had it so you really helped me out of this and it helped me understand it more something my dr didn't explain to me.

from my own perspective I think the missing piece to allow this acceptance and letting go process to commence, is to equally allow a strong sense of self that is our true identity and does the letting go. For those of us who have had this knocked -so often in childhood, if this is not recognised as an issue and put in place first as a foundation to operate from -it can feel horrendous to allow -can feel swamped, and let go -can feel all identity and control will go with it. We need to be reminded of our strong inner self first and that it is that self that does the letting go and allowing.

Im so glad i just found your channe. ive been sufferimg from panic attacks brutally, and it feels like constant PTSD almost. as soon as i think of my anxiett, its terrible. im at the lowest low, but im fighting.
