I now have added a camp chef ftg 600 to my arsenal of smokers, grills, sous vide, and sous vide. Great job on the instructional videos. Cant wait to use mine this week after I season it. As a new flat top griddle owner this is exactly the video I was looking for. I was losing my first seasoning in spots after cooking a few times and wasn't sure what to do. After searching through videos showing rusty griddles or stripping off the seasoning completely I finally came to your video and you taught me exactly what to do in simple straight forward terms. Your the man i just restored my rusted out members mark and never really seasoned it when I got it . Seasoned it 10 times and wow I really notice the difference

I enjoy these videos. Very informative. Just an FYI, traditionally, enchilada sauce doesn’t have tomato 🍅 in it. Sometimes a sprinkle of sugar. And we all know sugar will caramelize and wreak havoc. 🙂👍🏾. Thank you for the videos.

LOL, I think you articulate your thoughts great- especially while cooking, and that you throw in those funky words once in a while to keep us honest listeners, Ha ha ha. I had to watch this one three times including the other one you put out as I just got my flat top last night and I’m seasoning it up but my egg stuck so I’m not doing something right or I don’t have it seasoned enough will be working on this as I move forward thanks again for the good work!

Watch your videos all the time and have learned so much. Lift you top off the burners and see if the perforated plate has broken off the bottom of the top. Mine did so I just took it out. You can also use the two bolts to adjust the top and get rid of some of the rocking.
