Daily Shower 11/1/22: ACTIVE start to November as we highlight the next two weeks in today's Daily Shower. The issues will be related to a strong push of colder temperatures to cover the Western U.S., potentially damaging wind, and areas of extreme precipitation, including snow. Tornadoes will be possible as this system pushes east and gives some valuable moisture to drought-stricken areas along the Mississippi River/tributaries.

In this weather outlook, we have:
0:49 Hazardous Weather Areas
1:00 Extreme Temperatures
2:10 Rain and Snow
2:40 Heavy snowfall potential
7:00 Tornado Risk
7:35 Hazardous Weather Areas for Next Week

Great Matt.. the moss on my back is good and soaked now.. and my gills are working again.. It is so amazing how us PNWesterners are so into rain at the beginning but then just can't wait for the sun by the end.. and the poor Californians.. they come up here in the summer and say "lets move here it is so beautiful" but never in there wildest dream would they believe we have rain for 6 months out of the year.. they are so depressed by the first of the year they want to give up and go home.. But we love it here and we thanks you for including us in your reports.. Carry on my friend.. this is great...

We love hearing there's any moisture in the forecast! It would be wonderful to see good amounts of snow deposited in the highcountry with a slow melt come spring.
