Still can't believe what I witnessed - thankfully everyone was safe.

A GoFundMe via Venmo has been set up for the elderly couple whose house was destroyed in the video (Leroy and Nancy Sanders). I personally talked with them and their family. They're doing fine but a bit shaken. Their currently living with other family till they figure out their living situation so the money would go towards that and hopefully a new home.

Venmo: @Nancy-Sanders-95

Tanner, thank you for helping my cousin, her husband and his parents and their pets. Just hearing her voice.... I cry and shake when I watch this and can't believe they are all ok. It's very strange that YOU were the one to help them as my wife and I JUST started watching your videos a few days ago. Your prayers were definitely heard. Please keep doing this amazing work as you are truly appointed and anointed. Thank you again and God bless you❤

The fact that you were wearing a shirt that says "love over fear" and you lived by these words made me really emotional. This is the first video of yours that I watched and I already have a massive respect for you. May you always find good people on your way and continue to be light to those who cross your paths.

Epic footage. Respect for helping out the victims.

You crossed paths for a reason. Not only were you there that day to help rescue an entire family and their terrified pets, but also to document this footage. This spreads compassion and awareness of what people go through in these sometimes unavoidable situations. To see how fast someone’s life can be obliterated is beyond sobering. We must be there for each other as we are all mere mortals at the mercy of this earth.

This is one of the reasons why we chase. Being the first on scene can save peoples lives. Houses, belongings, even if they are family heirlooms, these things can sometimes be replaced or recovered. A human life cannot. You are awesome man keep doing what you are doing.

That is my niece and her family, thank you for what you do. You were so much help to them. Our family is so thankful for everything you did. May God always protect you and keep you safe!

I love how the very second you saw you were needed, the chase became a secondary concern. Very good job making sure these people were ok and that everyone was alive.

The footage starting at @3:00 legitimately looks like a blockbuster movie. What a terrible yet beautiful storm. Thank God you were put in the right place to help these people and thank you for stopping to help those in need.

This is totally gut wrenching, incredibly sad seeing and hearing the people in shock.

I had no idea that chasers were also often first responders until I started watching videos on youtube. Thank you so much for helping these folks out in their time of need and helping keep them safe!

Respect man! Being a storm chaser isn't all about getting the best shot but lending a helping hand to the people that were affected by the storm. What an awesome gesture by you. I know you didn't do it just because you were recording. You have genuine care for people and the world needs more people like you.

My 8 year old son is learning about weather and he is the reason we even watched this. Brought me to tears to see you so willing to help strangers. A very good example for my son to have watched. Thank you.

I am so happy that the elderly couple survived through that! the way the guy in the truck was just so distraught and how you stopped to help and go with him to S/R! just beautiful display of how wonderful we humans can be towards one another! Thank you for sharing this with us!

You're awesome for immediately stopping to help instead of continuing to chase. That family needed you at that moment.

From a storm chasers standpoint, witnessing a tornado is a bittersweet moment. You’re happy you’re witnessing a massive tornado and getting great footage but then you realize people’s lives and their homes hang in the balance. I always wanted to witness a tornado, but definitely don’t want anyone to suffer at the expense. Definitely heartbreaking to see a family’s home destroyed but Kudos for being a Good Samaritan and helping them ❤..

Man you have a heart of gold, and I know a majority of storm chasers out there are glad to stop and check on those affected, but not everyone shares yalls sentiments, some are more preoccupied with getting the best possible tornado footage. You're one of the good ones that's for certain. Thank you for all you do 🙏
