00 - 05 : highs and lows
05-15 WHat is the big goals you are currently working on. What did you commit to last week on this goal? Did you accomplish this?
15-45 Hotseat: dive deep into the challenges one business is facing. It can be given or traded if one person has a pressing issue.
45-60 Statement: weekly objective - Commitment Task (what big steps do you need to take next)? Most Important Next step? What do you need to do (next) to specifically achieve your big goal? what are they committing to before next time for their big goal? What's the Most Important Next (big step).
60 min: Re-confirm who will be in the hotseat next week. End on time.

I would say one more to add onto the list is an itinerary.

Although it is fun to share the experience with other writers then check to see what all guests are looking to get out from it. Having an itinerary helps plan your days a little better and some might just want time away to think of creative ideas where others might want to check out tools to run their time for efficiently.

But having some sort of structure for the days is good practice to get maximum from your work retreats. We run SEO Masterminds all the time like these @ and especially when work is internet-based it is nice to meet other entrepreneurs
