Hi, coach. I have a question that may a bit far-off the current topic, but anyway. Can you advice on how to become a scrum master for someone who, let's say know the manifesto by heart, has the PSM 1 certificate, has bachelours and masters in Psychology (and is currently a psychology PhD student)... but has never worked in IT, nor as a scrum master, PM or anything related in the field. I have watched your videos about trying to include agile methodology in everyday life/work and in the CV. But I am asking if this person has to choose a starting point in the IT field, what would be most suitable in order to become a scrum master the fastest, given his profile as a psychologist? I am thinking on starting as a manual QA and then maybe trying to look into managing roles, although I don't like the PM role as mush as the Scrum Master. What do you think would be the most appropriate way to get there and also do you think it is a waste of time? Should I go directly somehow for management? Thanks a lot.

Sharing how we will do Sprint review..Give a heads up in mail on completed features ti stake holders so they will be interested and be prepared and attend the review session.2.We put stakeholders in driver seat.we will share them end points and URLs and request them to share screen and in that way communication will be two ways between Dev and stake holders
