15:01 did anyone ask him to ID at all? No.

"I'll identify myself as clearly as you articulate the charges against me."

How about that.

All these problems stem from police not being held accountable personally for their actions. Not likely to change until that error is corrected.

You can tell that the warden is a product of law enforcement because of his ability and willingness to immediately LIE

"oBsTrUcTiNg" is what they say when they don't have a sufficient basis to arrest you on.

Recklessly endangering a citizen gets a C grade? That's pretty damn generous.

In Nevada -- and every other state -- no one has to provide ID to the warden.

I believe that officer later tried to get the judge to pull this video, and the judge ruled against him.

They just pulled failure to identify out of thin air lol

5:11 It's a public road, not a restricted access road that is closed to the public. There's an auto shop open to the public at the end of the road.

The cops are allowing that warden to order charges off a menu.

“You’re obstructing our investigation by not identifying”
No I’m not. Put a little effort into it instead of just asking me for my ID. By your logic, I’m obstructing your investigation by not incriminating myself by admitting I’m breaking a law.

He was arrested for disrupting the flow of state business. It should frighten people how militant this is.
