i updated my laptop and after while i downgraded it to old bios and when i restart the laptop it update itself automaticly to last update i want to keeep the old update any solution

When I save and exit the bios, the computer restarts, but it returns to the bios and I cannot exit

How did it happen?? I just placed things on my laptop keyboard and when I turn it on, the ez mode just appeared. Did I/the objects click something?

I cheked my ssd drive conectors there were not enought strong connect. After that this mode dissapeared

Cpu 3000 rpm why? How we can fix the noise of that laptop? I change the thermal paste but still i have 3k of revolutions and the bios is blocked we can't do it undervolt.
