I'm not stuck in the BIOS, but my tower is brand new, I just got it 2 weeks ago, my computer is freezing at the login screen and then gives me a clock_watchdog_timout error with the blue screen.

Then when I try to boot again it won't power my keyboard or monitors. Then after several force offs and unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in then it takes me to the BIOS where I don't know what to do so I just hit save and exit. But even with the restart it does automatically it then freezes at the login screen.

Any suggestions?
