i m a 70 years old man with a heart problem, i`m doing your exercise in the last three months twice a day and also added a light 10 min cardio exercise. I'm also following a vegan plant based diet.
I`ve lost 34 lbs of weight and I`m happier and moving much more freely with your help . I might just made it, thank you very much ! God bless ! ❤❤❤❤

Im a 38yr old woman and I’ve watched a lot of wellness videos. This lady is by far the most caring empowering guide I’ve ever experienced “you are the boss” “listen to your body” feels so loving to receive. Thankyou!

We use this video in the senior center I go to. I love the quiet music, the soft bells, and the gentle pace. I also like the fact that people have the option of doing the motions seated. Excellent video.

Thank you! I have a PD and many side effects including instabilty. I believe you exercises may improve my stability. I performed all the exercises standing, but I had to hold a chair while performing the exercise which requires standing on one leg. I will repeat this exercises and hope to improve my performance.

I've been disabled for 24yrs, but recently had Radial Ablation on my neck and back. I was given these videos for Physiotherapy and the comments have given me hope!

I just found this video. I love it because it's so easy to follow and not over-taxing for my arthritic back and knees. Thank you, Canadian neighbors, for making and sharing this video!

I recommend this video for anyone beginning and/or with limited movement.
I used to teach Tai chi but have become very sedentary.
There are three people demonstrating the movements, two in chairs and one standing.
One in a chair cannot move her left arm. The other takes smaller movements. The narrator explains each level as they move through the steps.
The steps are paused twice to allow for a place to stop if you need to.
A great place to start.

I have two broken legs and can’t do normal exercise. This is a great option. Liked the three different ways to do the exercises.

I'm 66 years old, broke my hip 20 years ago, and even though I'd been very active before, I became extremely sedentary after that. It was like my body ached constantly and stopped working. I've been doing this program daily for several weeks now, and I can't believe the changes I'm already experiencing. Thanks so much for this.

I'm 67 years old, semi-disabled, and although I've known I needed to be more physically active for a long time finding exercises that took my limitations into account was nearly impossible. I've always been interested in Tai Chi and Qi Gong, so finding this video has been an absolute lifesaver. I'm able to do it nearly every day and love it. I just feel so much better doing something positive for my health. Thank you, and I look forward to trying more programs!

28 years old, I had a hip replacement at 19 due to complex medical conditions and past surgeries. I never thought I'd get good balance or flexibility back with the slight leg length difference, but this is making all the difference in the world. It's gentle on my body, I feel pleasantly warm and exercised after this but not exhausted.

I can't say how grateful I am for these videos. Exercise can be so hard with fibromyalgia, and I often feel discouraged when I'm trying to do a video but can't do many of the poses... The modifications you offer make it possible for me to do nearly every move, and I can adjust it to make it harder or easier, depending on how I'm doing that day. Those modifications, along with the positive narration, help not only my body but also my confidence. Thank you!!!

Just found this session, missing my tai chi classes, so this is an excellent replacement especially for the over70s
