I love this video. The back drops are to die for and the overall message is loud and clear - it's even making me think I should by myself a decent pair of shoes, and go running in Sutton Park.

Awesome and inspirational. I have to imagine trail running *could* result in more injuries, especially if someone jumps into it with little or no knowledge. I wonder if plantar fasciitis is a bigger problem with trail runners than road runners, or if the constantly shifting terrain and often softer ground makes it less of an issue?  Anyone know?

While the narrative was good and it promotes a great activity. The film itself was nothing short of a giant advert with too many focused shots on brand names. We get you are an outdoor shop but product placement has it's place is over priced under written hollywood films, not this.
