From a former psvr owner don’t let the psvr fool you. In reality. It’s very, blurry, and has a lot of a screen door affect. Trust me.

Nice comparison and I really like the "through the lens" test. It's where we can really see the differences though an eye is not the same than a camera. I have an OG Oculus Rift and just got a PSVR. I think the PSVR is better mainly because of the construction of the lenses, there's no god rays (my #1 problem with the Rift) and got a full RGB OLED screen so there's no black dots in the pixel grid. Sure on PSVR the resolution is "softer" and you can't physically adjust the distance between the lenses (#1 problem for me on PSVR). Anyway, all these systems should provide plenty of entertainment for their users!

I have both the rift version and the quest version. Quest was such a disappointment. Even if you have a quest buy the rift version and play it on your PC. It is just sad on the quest :(

why are people keep saying that the rift s blacks are a problem, 0:21 look how dark the rift s blacks are. It seems like the rift s blacks are far darker than the quest blacks....i mean just look at it i at first i thought the image in the middle was the rift s but was shocked to see it was the quest. Sometimes i think these youtube reviwers dont know what their talking about

The quest screen vs the original rift is waaay better. Just comparing them between roborecall on both... If only I could use the quest display now to play on my PC ugggh!

i would say PSVR and QUEST gives the best bang for the bucks .... upgrade a gamer pc or just keep it working cost a lot of dimes, and some games works better for one platform compare to the other, but for me i need the rift s since i love flight sims, but all in all i think most people would be happy with a quest or psvr
