Hello, I just found your channel and I love it....its easy to follow and realistic for someone with movement issues. I do have one question...I have had gout for about 2 years now. I am 66 and have always been extremely active but now it is so hard to even walk when I just get up from sitting. So is this exercise beneficial for me? I am planning on asking my doctor too, but wanted your opinion. Thanks so much!
