Показать описание
Calculate the simple annual return (or loss) of investments regardless of how long they've been held. It can be good to compare short-term and long-term investments by a common value. #excel #excel365 #investments #annualizedreturn

(total return / days held) * 365.25

You would do it like this to calculate the CAGR over 3 years, right?

x1: Year 2018 Total return %
x2: Year 2019 Total return %
x3: Year 2020 Total return %

=GEOMEAN(1+x1:x3)-1
