nah don't diss the pushup. If you do strict form and do the pushup very controlled, it destroys the chest and tri's. You can also add weight, do more reps, and put your feet on an incline.

Dumbbell Tricep kickbacks is my favorite move for triceps. I feel like I can get a crazy contraction. Just gotta make sure you can control the weight

Upright rows are by far the best movement for my medial delts. Definitely try different hand widths and pulling heights. As of now I’m just at shoulder width and pull to my nose to start. Absolute shirt-stretching pumps.

Love upright row. Nothing in the last 2 decades has built more muscle for me. 2 seconds up and 2 seconds down, strict, and with an ez-curl bar. 12-15 reps.

This is the thing about training. What doesnt work for some might work for others . I do up right rows and it works for me
