If you kept the pork filling more chunky, it taste better. Also, adding lightly fried dried shrimps to the filling enhances the flavour so much

I cringed when Jamie took the fork to the dumplings, but i REALLY appreciate that Barry and James tasted the filling decided it needed more seasoning and adjusted it on camera, this is an important detail that is so often overlooked or done off camera and is underrepresented to us lay people.
