Having eggs before bed can help improve your sleep. Because eggs are an excellent source of tryptophan, melatonin, and vitamin D, they can enable some people to experience better sleep. If you struggle with falling asleep on a regular basis, consider having an egg or two before (1-2 hours) going to bed.

Thank you good Dr.! I'm an 8 hour a night sleeper who cant get to bed early enough and end up with 6.5 at best of sleep. I have 1 egg and the amount of two in egg whites and find myself falling asleep during breakfast! Now I know why!!🤔🥚

I’m with you about vitamin D, I have noticed I sleep better now that I have been taking vitamin D. I have been taking 5, 000iu for about 3 months 😴

I have no problem to falling asleep but problem is when i wake up at 2 am to go to the bathroom 😂it’s hard to fall asleep again.I count the sheep🐑I didn’t know that egg has melatonin.Thank you Dr.Mandell🙏👏🫶

Thank you Dr. I wake up too early 4:30, start getting ready for my routine of my day and getting the lunch ready for my hubby for work and even though I pack his lunch the night before my time goes fast in the mornings.We start our day with coffee and a slice of wheat toast and since it's too early to have breakfast and my hubby does have
an early lunch, we have our eggs for dinner. So I am happy for your information on the eggs we also have them boiled to change it a little...
