Some random guy: "Jesus never said followers of other religions are going to hell.
Jesus Christ: I am the Way, the Truth and the Life, no one comes to the Father but by Me.

Jesus may not have explicitly talked about homosexuality, but he VERY explicitly laid out God's design for marriage being a covenant with God that brings a man and a woman into a one flesh relationship for life. Doesn't get much more clear than that.

I use this example to show that Jesus did mention homosexuality:

A cop tells you to obey all traffic laws. You then go and run a red light. The cop pulls you over for running the red light. Can you tell the cop that he never said that you couldn't run red lights as he just said to obey the traffic laws? That is the same thing every time Jesus talks about sexual sins. The term sexual immorality relates back to the books of the law where it describes multiple different sexual sin, which one of them is homosexuality. Thus, Jesus did talk about it the same as he talked about pedo, incent, bestialities, etc.

Actually, Jesus DID state that He is the only way to the Father and Heaven...

I usually refute this by saying that Jesus didn't need to preach against those things because the Jews already firmly believed those things were wrong. This is why Jesus preached things like, "Love your enemy" because they didn't have a concept of such things.

“I’ve never told anybody specifically that child molestation is bad. Therefore, it is safe to assume that having sex with kids is perfectly acceptable behavior.”

SAID NO ONE EVER!

I heard someone say once. Jesus didn’t speak directly towards car theft he spoke about stealing in general. Just like he never talked about being gay he talked about sexual sin in general

"Jesus never spoke on homosexuality."

Um, not directly, but in Matthew 19:4-5, He quotes Genesis, which says marriage is for a male and female. And Paul speaks against homosexuality in Romans 1:26-27.

Can you imagine this as a court defense? :P

"Well, you poisoned your grandmother to inherit her estate. What is your plea?"

"The defense pleads not guilty, your honor.
You see, Jesus never said anything about poisoning grandma."

Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the light. No one comes to the Father except through me."

Jesus "not saying anything" on homosexuality and the like is a moot point, given that Jesus is God the Son! Part of the Trinity! God cannot disagree with Himself, and these issues are covered in the Old Testament scriptures, which Jesus repeatedly points to as authoritative. Great video as always by the way! God bless you and your ministry!

They also ignored the fact that Jesus wrote the whole old testament laws too. As a Triune God no one can separate Father, Son and Holy Spirit

Here are all the reasons Jesus gave to explain why we shouldn't listen to any parts of the Bible except the red letters:

Jesus: "There's no way to be saved from the wages of sin and get to the Father except through Me."

Fake priest: "Nope, can't think of a single thing Jesus said about needing to follow Him to be saved from hell. Nothing comes to mind. Nnnope. Nada."

It's people like this guy that make me realize I've got a WHOLE LOT of growing and sanctification needing to be done still... Lord Jesus please give me a heart of love, compassion, and patience and please forgive me for thinking people are stupid. Thank God for Mr. B and his cool, calm, collected, levelheaded logic!

In no other area of life does the logic of “You didn’t say, so I took liberty” stand to reason. Another great response, Tim.

Yes he did. He said "If you believed Moses, you would believe me, for he wrote about me." John 5:46

And also said that he didn't come up abolish Torah (The Law) that condemns homosexuality.

Jesus knew his audience and most of the time reffered to old testament theologies; most of the time making things stricter. Also he didn't come to destroy the law but to fulfill it.

We really don't even have to look at what he "didn't, " say. In Matthew 19 and Mark 10, he goes back to the definition of marriage established in Genesis. Here, Jesus simply reinforces the definition of marriage, which speaks louder than His supposed silence.
