We did such things at school too acutally. And that was about 25+ years ago
I had a girl at school who's parents couldn't afford to pay a stylist and none of them was able to cut hair, so I did it. (Just trimming the bangs and the ends a bit.) I think this is how I started to get into hair, really. After that more and more girls asked me to trim their hair... many had bangs back then.
