Great strategy Jake! I’ve got both the Marriott Bonvoy Boundless and the World of Hyatt card myself. Personally I like the value of the free night with Hyatt more than Marriott just because Marriotts point structure for award stays can be pretty bad sometimes. Much easier to get good value from my Hyatt card in my opinion! I did get a 5 free night sign up bonus worth up to 50, 000 points per night on the boundless though so that made it worth it for me. Great stuff man, had to check out your channel after YouTube recommended it!

I’d go for Hyatt card over Marriott because Chase points generally worth much more transferring to Hyatt versus Marriott

With AMEX you want to get a personal card before applying for a business card to avoid additional hard inquiries. If you get a personal card you will get the hard inquiry but every other cards you get with AMEX including CLI will be soft pulls. If you get the business card 1st you will get the hard pull and you will also get a hard pull for your 1st personal card. Good video and strategy.
