Portable and versatile, resistance bands are a useful tool for both at-home workouts and to supplement your weight training. However, beginners might not know which band is best for them. This Pro Tips guide breaks down the benefits and usages of sheet bands, looped bands and resistance tubes.

Considered “flat bands,” sheet bands are ideal for exercises in which the band presses against your body. Sheet bands are thin, continuous pieces of latex, while looped bands connect in a full circle.

Resistance tubes are tough and hard to grip. They often come with handles or carabiners for other attachments at the end.

GREAT model/spokesperson but current resistance bands (or at least every one I've seen) have an inherent problem: the force curve isn't constant or anything close to that but instead increases with extension, usually beginning from "too little" and ending with "too much" unless the peak force equals the desired force, in which case muscles receive suboptimal resistance before that.

This isnt a sports store anymore. Without a proper hunting dept (rifles and ammo) it's basically a graveyard of sports disappointment now.
