Toxic God - The Egomaniac (September 4, 2022)

In the final sermon of this series, Pastor Drew McCallie address the toxic belief of God as a Divine Egomaniac. Over and again, God demands glory, praise, and worship from his people. At times, God threatens and even curses people who choose not to give glory to God. Is God a self-absorbed, egotist? Did God create humanity to bask in God’s glory? Perhaps there is more underlying these seemingly narcissistic tendencies. In this sermon, we will determine the purpose of God’s demand for glory in light of the cross.
