My bp was above 150 for past 3 years on dialysis but for past one month its at 120/70 which is normal but i have dizziness

esrd pts on dialysis .... bp's are insanely high/low .... what can be done while on dialysis with these extreme fluctuations or persistently high/low readings if pt denies symptoms ?
