140/90 is considered normal by the AAFP (American Association of Family Physicians). I live in Israel, my BP is 135/85, several doctors have told me it's within the normal range. The AHA receives many "donations" from big pharma. If your BP is 140/90 or under, test at home for a week & get a 2nd opinion before you take any medication that could have adverse side effects.

So why is it then that my presure sometimes when I wake up at night 171 /110 or something like that, when I wake up I feel something is wrong I not feel good, last time it was very bad for months ago I woke up and see the pressure was high, I sit and wait and begin to shake, and have problems control my Jaws, after one hour It began to go down, then for one mounth ago I wake up and wanted to exit my bed but suddenly I found myself without control of my body and fall down on the floor, after that it was possible for me to go up again, I not know if if I was having a black out I not feel that but not know for sure.
