thanks a lot. This actually worked. Was trying to enable shared folders, and it wouldn't work until I reinstalled kali tools. Mine wasn't installing, as I hadn't manually installed it. I followed your instructions, and my shared folders between the host and the VM started working. Best wishes. 🙏

haha, wow thought this would be easier, i mean it is easy but i had so many errors and had to find out manually then how to uninstall it because the install failed the first time xdd
