2:28 if you want it faster do it like this (exactly like 1:08)
do the normal setup but before you delete the seat place a thruster on your head (the big black circle must be facing the same direction as your face) and then go to the waters, aim at the end and then click the thruster then hold space. youre too fast for the projectiles to shoot at you

this also works with the red thruster i think

One more build: 2 blocks on top on eachother then 3 butter ones into you and 5 ballons on top and 2 thrusters down and u need to activate the ballons and the 1 truster at a time

IM use 20 ballon 20 block (any) 1 turbo
1 engine boat first make a straight not like this | but like this _ add the engine boat on the front the straight block add turbo on the behind straight block
Add normal controler chair and add 1 ballon on the boat
