I have emptied a 40 oz bottle in 10 seconds, the angle has to be right, start by holding it like you're going to sip it, and watch where the air bubble is, making sure it's at the opening of the bottle.
From there you just pour it and don't let the opening be completely filled with liquid, like how it goes when you twirl the bottle and it forms a vortex. The air has to have a clear path to trade places with the water.
