I wanted to thank you Brian, I've got two laptops, Asus, that weren't able to update since May, 2021. Microsoft was no help in direction to get this done. Your video explanation was exactly what was needed. In both cases, the media creation download was the fix. AND pausing updates followed by a fresh reboot then running the media creation install file was the fix for both of my laptops. Thanks again!! I feel much better about both laptops (one is my wife's)!!

My error code is the same except the last two digits are ‘43’ would these fixes work?

Hi Brian, I turned off NordVPN - Updates came through. Turned VPN back on. Worked for me.

Windows update always comes with an error..a windows update without an error cannot be an official update 😆😆😂🤣😅
