Yea I'm simply doing mostly cardio to improve my stamina & endurance because currently 3 minutes of HIIT and I'm about to collapse from being super out of shape 😂

Once I can actually perform tho, its onto HIIT with just a little Cardio

This is a superb video. I try to do all my riding in zone 2 but after 45 mins I feel so amazing i always start pushing up into the higher zones. it’s actually harder to keep in zone 2 for the duration than it is to push hard towards the end

My biggest cardio mistake is simply doing cardio that feels like it’s a chore. I HATE HIIT with a passion. I know all the reasons to do it and know others swear by it. But I never look forward to it and frequently talk myself out of doing it. That’s why I no longer do it.

My personal experience over the course of 55 years has been the opposite - the closer I can get to training at 100% of my estimated Vo2 max HR, the more weight I lose over time

Thomas, You'r right. Upper body workout is good. That's why I like a good eliptical trainer for full range, zone 1 to zone 5 training.
