6 Signs You've Outgrown Your Current Life

You’re not depressed or failing. Nothing is wrong. You’ve simply outgrown things.
So here are some signs that everything is OKAY... you’re just in the ‘gap’ and about to have the up-level you’ve been dreaming of.
🤍 Not enjoying the things you once used to find bliss in
🤍 Staying in bed and not being ‘bothered’ to do the things you used to swear by (pilates, walks, music, healthy food, travel, etc.)
🤍 Not feeling motivated or ‘turned on’ by life
🤍 Having brain fog despite eating the same as you usually do (anti-inflammatory, I hope!) and sleeping for 7-9 hours a night
🤍 Wanting to be alone a lot and being disinterested in social activities
🤍 Finding yourself being distracted by brain-numbing things like social media, TV, etc.
Despite all of the above, you need to keep taking action, trusting your intuition, and making those big leaps of faith that you know deep down are going to get you the life that you desire.
ps. This cycle 👆🏼 won’t happen just once. I’ve had about 24335453452 of these, and I know I’ll have 23454544 more 😊
