Thank you ! Heating other spices (curry, garlic, etc.) will increase their
absorption rates too. Spices also taste better when heated.

Every morning on an empty stomach i drink warm water with turmeric powder, tablespoon of olive oil, honey & lemon 🍋 then eat after 30 mins

Coconut milk, tumeric, cardamon, clove, cinamon heat it to boil simmer it and then add honey when your done. Divine

Thanks Doc! I knew about termeric and black pepper. I put it most things included black coffee.( I used to drink coffee with sugar and creamer, but with baby steps learn to drink it black with some seasoning). I sometimes put lemon juice in it for flavor.. Thats good to know about having it with fats and cooking with it. My big sister was shocked that I used it for cooking.. She thought it was only good for dying fabric with it. I told her I put turmeric in everything, including desserts like Brownies! I also told her it has tons of health benefits. She was blown away cause she was taught alot about a spice.😂🤗🌻💛🍷

Here is a recipe for you. You say a good fat.
2Teaspoons of Organic Virgin Coconut oil(Good fat)
2Teaspoons Turmeric powder
1/4 Teaspoon Black pepper.
1 8 oz Hot filtered Water let cool and drink on full stomach.

Great! I put it in my coffee with ghee. Also, Irwin brand supplements have black pepper in them for absorption

Turmeric must be activated, by heat. Boil or fry in oil, see indian cuisine how they do it.
