One-to-One and Onto Transformations

Since functions are just a special case of transformations, the idea of "one-to-one" should be familiar from your algebra days. We'll review it here anyway, and then we'll apply it to linear transformations. We'll also describe what it means for a function to be "onto", and apply that to linear transformations as well.
