For those confused, "Cool" here is like how cool you keep yourself in tense situations, not how cool of a person you are.

I think the “Cool” factor is more along the lines of how calm and collected you are in certain situations. “Keep your cool” kind of a thing makes more sense with the direction of the game itself.
