Everyone, the free course is in his bio. I just started watching it and partway through my dog started barking so I applied the first half I had watched… it worked. I stood up and commanded her to sit, a simple one she does without much fuss. She did it after a few seconds (although she was confused) and I immediately started to reward her for being “quiet”. The barking immediately stopped. She was in a very jumpy, hyper, and barking state. Honestly a dangerous one as she’s over 100lbs. This fixed it in seconds and she’s now laying down playing with a toy. No barking!

Thank you for making a video that wasn’t full of dogs barking ! Everything I try to learn from usually has barking dogs in the video which makes it impossible to watch with my reactive dog who is almost always near me, then she starts to bark at their barking and I have to stop the video. My GS pup had Zero reactivity to this whole video even with the one small bark that was included.

I have sheprador...german shepherd + Labrador mix.😅 It's double challenge.😅❤ But I am realising that if I am in peace and I ignore his barking...he stop fast and he bark less and less. People were telling me that I should stop him to do that. But I sometimes reward him...if it's barking on strangers who wants go close to us in night. Or if he protect place where I live. He make 3x woof and then he is silent. But it shows me that there is moving someone behind doors.👌🏻❤️🦋 My dog work for my needs thanks to your videos.❤️🙏🏻

Hello Will, my partner and I just got a Labrador puppy this past weekend. We had a 5-year-old French bulldog that has been rather stubborn but we have been applying some of your videos to help him on walks and socialization and interaction between dogs and people. The puppy videos have been transformative in his crate training, potty training, and even simple commands. We're trying to teach both of them together to help fix some of the stubbornness while reinforcing good puppy behaviors. Thank you so much! I couldn't imagine where we would be without your help.

Heya Will! I have a dilemma, my dog only barks in response to a neighbours dog barking, he doesn't bark when I'm with him downstairs and he doesn't bark even if I'm upstairs, how can I correct his behaviour if he only barks when I'm not present!?

Great video! I had success with “if you want your pup not to bark; teach them to bark”.
Once I figured out what that really meant, it was gold! Almost the same as this video suggests. 🇨🇦👍🏼

I did this with my one year old goldendoodle before watching this about a few months ago
She does stop to bark when asked to after a bit, but that doesn't fix the issue of her barking when she sees someone or an animal trough the window or when she's outside, it just makes us able to stop it faster, which doesn't remove the issue in the end
Any other suggestion on what to do?

What are quiet commands? As in: what should i do to tell the dog i dont want them to bark? (Do i ignore them? Clap my hands? Tap them?)
